Who we are
Scandia Holding is a Romanian food group with more than a century of history. What began as a single meat processing facility in Sibiu has grown into a multi-division organisation active in canned food, cold cuts, frozen products, retail and trading.
Through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, we have built a solid industrial platform with seven factories and a strong portfolio of trusted brands that reach consumers every day.

Own retail network focused on freshness and direct consumer contact, primarily developed through the Carniprod platform in Tulcea county.
Distribution and complementary portfolio: canned fish, vegetables, oils, juices, snacks, confectionery and pet food – expanding the group’s offer to retail partners.
